Hi.
I not know, why people can't make such simple things, but, anyway :

I've got rj45 port from old motherboard and solder USB cable to it.

And it is on work :

With cable, when GND and BSI are short to GND of cable - phone power up in "local" mode , also, if set "Read Info" - no need reset phone manually. It will poer up and sw reads info after.
Time to make cable - 7 minutes, where is 5 - find wires, and rest stuff.
