hi guys the phone in question after replacing the full display, when turned on the touch sometimes goes no ... when it does not go I forcibly turn off the power and volume key - and resumes going .. sometimes I have to turn it off and turn it on a couple of times too ... has this flaw happened to anyone?

Bad copy IC for Touch. Try factory reset.
