Received iPhone 7 dead from customer. He said that he tried to update in 3u tool. After 80% phone dead. He cannot tell actual error that show, now phone not detect in pc also not charging.

First remove the battery to see if it is charged then connect it to DC supply to see if there is consumption or an anomaly
