Member: 2726524 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | iPhone 7 Dead on Arrival Hey, guys. Got an iPhone 7 in. Wouldn't come on. Tried known good display and battery, instead of coming on the board gets very hot! 145 degrees F. Can't find a short anywhere. I've been told to remove coils L1806 - L1809 and test again. I still cannot find the short and cannot tell if it is the CPU or the PMIC. Anybody have any ideas? Also is the PMIC the same for 6S? Thanks in advance |
