Member: 2865098 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | I once had the same problem, my iPhone 5s stuck on white Apple logo unexpectedly. I know that I can use iTunes to restore the device, but the thing is I've got an amount of data on it that has never backed up before. My friend recommended me trying TunesKit iOS System Recovery and she said it will not cause the data loss. I tried and it just worked. Great iOS repair tool. Recommend. |

If yes, you'd better fix the software crash using an iOS system recovery, which has ability to keep our data intact after the repair. If you don't mind, iTunes is also a good option to try! |

If the problem still exists, please applying a professional ios recovery tool to completely fix it without data loss. Of course, you could try to restore your iPhone via iTunes, but first you had better back data up before as it will delete them all. |

Member: 3004691 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | You can put your phone in Recovery mode and fix it with iTunes. But if you're not able to enter that mode, TunesKit iOS System Recovery will be a good choice to fix with one click entering the Recovery mode. |
