You can use tools like u3tool and itools but i always prefer iTunes cause its official.
to download the required software use google or check the sec mentioned below.

iTunes software are mostly used for backup and data transfer from one device to another. Or you can use Syncios for backup, it is a free iPhone backup tool. Syncios can backup all your data and iCloud can be used to transfer data to your PC safely and easily.
