contact to any seller https://www.infinity-box.com/buy/
buy dc-unlocker activation for Infinity or order dc-unlocker credits for HCU activation

after that run dc-unlocker client

Either your dongle not activated for HCU or there are multiple dongles connected and software detects incorrect one in which case you should unplug it before launch.

Need to know your dongle ID or public ip address, this block for too many incorrect log in attemots removes itself automatically after 24h.

After Update HCU Client Infinity CM2 Dongle not working Solution
After Update HCU Client Not Detect is mostly facing those user whose activated HCU client over CM2 dongle, and they facing detection problem after Updated version of HCU client.
Reasons 1:USB sharing or other redirected drivers.

When you installed USB sharing or other redirected drivers install on your computer.

solution: Remove or uninstall all usb sharing or other redirected drivers.

Reason 2

river problem outdate card reader installed.

Solution:

When your CM2 card reader driver is outdated or old then you will be facing After Update HCU Client Not Detect problem follow these steps to installed latest version of Card reader drivers.
