I get this error each time i try to add a preload file from Potter-L21 10.0.0.197(C432E3R4P1)_Firmware_EMUI10.0.0_05015NN Q

Or i misunderstood your problem perhaps?
Make sure you have administrator rights from where you are adding this file, folder settings etc. May try from another directory as well as an option.

Seems to be working fine today for me as well, from the same directory as yesterday. That's odd, but yesterday i tried this couple times, restarting the app in between and each time had this error. Thanks for veryfing anyway.
