Idea is next :

Can you please guide me where I am doing wrong.

I can Flash LIO-AN00P 10.0.0.195 Firmware
But I need to remove Huawei ID

If I flash TAS firmware it will unlock Huawei ID
Both have 990 5G

then try flash in fastboot with rescue, bypass selected.

finaly solved with this new version of dc phoenix. i cheicked rescue recovery and bypass version cheick box and flash goes without error here is full logs:
