writing direct in fastboot is outdated method and not recommended to use.

As You can see software recommend repeat the update from fastboot mode with Version check bypass and rescue recovery options checked

You not posted full log, but seems you are selected just partial firmware.
Full firmware is base+cust+preloader.

All firmwares has multiple files, You need select all files, else you may damage phone, because of incompatiblity partition table.

On this version you can reset frp from safe mode, do not need any softwares. I'm just not sure you fully understand what FRP is.
