error with new windows

i have update mi windows 10 to the lates version and now can't open hcu client.
here thw mesage:
the procedure entry point META_DisconnectWithTarget_r could not be located in the dynamic link library meta_dll.dll
please help me team.

re-download hcu from hcu website - http://hcu-client.com/ then fresh install/update.

i dowmload and trie run but nothing
