I tried several times but got the same error

All lower versions than 129 were disabled, so you should update your DC-phoenix.

Have you tried to flash it from fastboot with rescue recovery + bypass version options checked? Could you attach a screenshot of error with full software window visible as well? Your phone is VTR- so why OLD SLOW ALGO option is not checked before flashing?
