It's either your phone is bricked or it's due to 8th android which is complicated and not all versions are supported for removing google account from it.

can i flash any other sw v supported can you sher me this v support th 4 you help i have dc Phoenix can flash boot or system only and do frp like samsung flash boot from sw v support frp this way can work with huawei or flash full flash older or support any way need to do this phone and other sw v not support i know it risk but this my joob i work untill success
