I have hcu activation for 2 years without any dongle, just hcu and dc phoenix soft, what will happen for me ??

As mentioned DC-unlocker is planning to stop adding support for new Huawei phones and transfer all new updates for new phones to HCU only. Your questions is very confusing and hard to understad, but hopefully i have answered it.

You have to pay as many as selected item for you shows as shown in tutorial.
After activation yes, unlimited.
