HCU Client does not detect Huawei Ascend G510-0100

Hi, I have a Huawei Ascend G510 and I wanted to unlock its bootloader. So I wanted to try to read the code with HCU Client, but the phone is not detected . My operating system is Windows 10 Home x64bit 1909. If you need any more information just ask. Thanks in advance.

Yes please, add screenshot or describe how your phone appears in device manager when you follow bootloader code read guide, if your pc does not see it as described in guide then there is no point attempt detection.

Let us know your user name please, also make sure hisuite is closed and not running in background when you attempt detection. Note it must be installed on pc for correct drivers.

I am not currently registered with HCU Client. Before doing that I wanted to make sure it was okay for my device, there would be a friend who would lend me his account eventually, but if the phone is not read first ...It is not necessary
