My HCU-Client Login Problem! Server access denied (prohibited process detected).. Please Help me... some days ago same error show, but after 2 to 3 mint automatic solve. but now my problem still pending...

hello hcu support , i buy a hcu account for service huawei . and today i have a modem huawei router 4g and i want unlock with dc unlocker with my account but say me access denied!!! why i cant connect to hcu account please help me .

Access denied (for using protocol monitoring software)

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

I'm buy 3 days support hcu, but 3 days support hcu but Access denied (for using protocol monitoring software). i'm another new and clean pc but This pc not work!!!! What? my support 1 day experied , but hcu not work !!!!!!
