Hi guys, I have purchased 3 day license for HCU (username innexum1) I need to repair IMEI on my MLA-L03 Running Android 7.0 EMUI 5.0. Not rooted. Problem is HCU does not detect my phone. I'm running WIN10.

2017-05-20 19:44:20.522 Compatible COM ports not found!

2017-05-20 19:44:20.529 ERROR!

Phone not found !"

Hello, have you followed the guide correctly from HCU page for detecting phones? Maybe phone is not visible on computer correctly for software to be able to do successful detection of it.

Hi guys, well this is my problem, i have a mha-l09, i rebranded to a mha-l29, all good to here, but when its end the 1st boot after rebrand the phone need to be unlocked and the imei shows only cero (00000000....), buy a 3 days licensens hcu to unlock de phone and fix imei,(user:kaitenx), but i make a mistake and fix imei in cdma module, now i have a meid, pesn, and 2 imeis XD, and my cell no signal, emergency only and no register in network, please help me.....

It s possible to change/repaire MEID or PESN in UMTS phone (no CDMA) too?
Or MEID /PESN is based on IMEI and when you will change/repaire IMEI, MAID and PESN will be changed/repaired too?

Only possible to repair sections that you physically can see on software repair tab. Other parts requires backups.

How can I create a backup of important security data?

We do not have ways to back up phone data, can't advise on that one. You should do repair in tab that your phone model belongs to, if not sure you can consult before repair.

No it can not if it's SIM card's PIN lock or phone USER code related.
