No, those are not factory firmware files.

Please correct how many days I can not use the phone. Mate 9 imei is not repairing. I made phonixle method 2 imei was reset to 000000000. With the authorized person hcu_ ime does not seem to support the repair now what will i do now

Zero imei can be repaired with HCU if you not erased NV and oeminfo. Method 2 not erase NV if you not deselect "not erase NV" checkbox .
Empty board programming coming soon, but no exact date .
