To Namelocked : This statement "Huawei Mate 10 Pro BLA-xxx upgraded to Android 8x not supported" means Android 8.1 and onwards it's not supported?

Hi,
HCU now failing at "Read Phone Secure Info" returns "Read Phone Info fail" and window with "Check if phone is in manufacturer or fastboot mode".

This is with a LLD-L31 (Honor 9 Lite) all my other Huaweis are fine.

Was working with older versions, certianly V....277

Please do this:
1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software.
3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.
4. Try to Detect your device, after error do rest of the steps
5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
6. Send that file to me, please. can send it via private message to this topic link.

Your phone is possibly in charge only mode... Also your phone version is currently not supported. You possibly need to dongrade it via fastboot and then it may work.

Strange one, the phone is in the correct config. with debugging enabled.

It did work before, albeit in build 133, phone rom, that is.
It was actually me that uploaded the files to you, so you could support it.

Anything I can do to help?

Cheers.
