hcu dosenot read any phone
 

hcu dosnot connect with any phone
same pc use DCPhoenix conect no problem
any tool connect no problem only hcu (eft-mrt-DCPhoenix)
how fix this

Please send here screenshot of hcu detect attempt window and device manager window with your phone visible there.
