My HCU not detecting any phone in fastboot..... but DC Phonix detecting and flashing phone........ HiSuite is Installed. i uninstall all drivers and then install HiSuite but still not detecting...... any solution?????  please guide or share solution........ my other pc is working fine..........but the problem is software is locked with this pc :-( |

1. Restart HCU software. 2. Login with your account on software. 3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark. 4. Try to Detect your device, after error do rest of the steps 5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file". 6. Send that file to me, please. | |

Looking for a device in upgrade mode No devices detected in upgrade mode No device detected to update whereas in fastboot if it recognizes it and in the update oeminfo tab if it recognizes the equipment with tp HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 |
