Huawei P20 Lite ANE Lx1 Stuck Logo Fastboot

I Have P20 Lite

No Enter Recovery
no enter Upgrade Mode, Only Fastboot Mode

I have a HUawei Stuck on the Logo "Your Device has Failed verification and may not work properly"

It does not enter Recovery mode so I decided to flash by fastboot, I saw that it had the latest version, so I decided to do a Downgrade, but it gives me an Error.

If your ANE-LXX Stuck ON Huawei Logo dose not come to Upgrade mode by software command.

Or

I know about the phone, you can able to access only Fastboot mode by Vol- only.

If you cannot make it's Upgrade mode via Vol-/+ button your phone eMMC fault. no doubt The P20 Lite eMMC is very poor quality.
