That is correct. Won't lose info. On some occasion may need manual factory reset for new repaired data to appear - in this case you would lose user info/data

hello sir does it repair the imei and meid on nova 4 vce-al00 after board software it put imei 000000 can i fix it with HC customer driving me crazy sir

It does, but you should flash nv partitions first, IMEI/MEID repair is not enough to restore mobile to it's normal state. At the moment empty board is not supported.
