Question regarding the HCU software. For a Honor 20 lite phone IMEI repair I just need this software and a usb cable or need other hardware also?

Excuse. I plan to purchase the product but I see something funny, and there are videos where they do processes with this tool and on their page it is not mentioned that it supports it. Is it always like this? they hardly update the list of supported devices?

Not quite sure what are you refering to, but if you have specific questions you may ask us. You should only use services that are on supported models list.

Excuse my English I'm using a translator. The question I have is that users report in youtube videos various processes made and they do not appear as supported models on their page. Is this common? I wanted to still know if this tool is the same as hdE I see a lot of similarity, are they completely different?
