After flashing these files, phone only stays in fastboot mode (black screen). When manually rebooted sometimes show erecovery or fastboot with green letters or just restarts intermittently. Full flashing with full firmware doesn't help.
Am I doing something wrong?

Please let us know purpose of you flashing nv backup into your phone, do you face any particular problem on it?

Yes, 2x P20 Pro flashed with Board Software and Mate 20 came in with no network, tried IMEI repair on all 3 but no network.

If I flash the 1,2,3 .dgkts files on a working (no network) phone than the phone starts in erecovery mode

It is very unlikely that flashing correct nv partitions backup will help to recover/repair phone it is not meant for this purpose.

What we are saying is that if you flash NV partitions from support to a working phone that doesn't have network - the phone startup in erecovery! How to repair no network kirin 980 phones than?

You would first need to restore phone back to bootable state and only then check with new partitions backup.
