Need to lock back bootloader for this message to disappear. You may refer to this guide here https://hcu-client.com/huawei-bootlo...via-testpoint/ for changing bootloader lock status to unlocked/locked/relocked.

Yes many times select bootloader lock and bootloader relock and still it's msj

What does it show in fastboot screen? What status frp lock has? Is oem unlock disabled in dev options?
