FULL UPDATE IMEI STILL 0000000 AND ASKING NET LOCK CODE
WROTE CERT, GET NV ERROR BUT WRITE NEW IMEI
DEVICE HAS NEW IMEI BUT NO SERVICE ONLY EMERGENCY CALLS

Flashing NV backup can not make phone go into bootloop or anything like it... Otherwise, your phone may have serious internal damages that can not be solved by software.
