I try to connect a huawei cell phone and it gives me error .... hcu error port unavailable ... thinking that it was the PC install the program HCU client in another pc and same same error and to finish the server history I blocked the software by use in 2 pc. I have to do it to discard. in no PC connects to the cell phone neither autodetct nor in manual help thanks

Sorry, really hard to understand. If phone not detected make sure it has visible ports in device manager, make sure phone is not being used by Hisuite on pc as well. Software can be used on 1 pc, after that need 48h until reset and then can switch computers.

You will have to clean your computer from installed devices obviously, com port 1600 something, is abnormal.
