HCU Client v1.0.0.0378 fail with Huawei P20 YAL-L21

I have a Huawei P20 YAL-L21 Phone with FRP.
If i try unlock FRP via HCU i have this log:

Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb
and plug USB cable

Phone don't enter to fastboot mode... maybe i need other bootloader?
Phone with latest android version... Or maybe neet downgrade or some other operation? Connect via testpoint with modified cable (without this cable testpoint dont work).

for latest firmware, there is a workaround.
need a modelled cable with 10 kΩ resistor.

if you have a good cable as you mentioned, try this trick
when yo see Waiting for fastboot device unplug the PC side cable then quickly replug it
