am i need to purchase my activation?

if yes.
which activation should i buy?
hcu+dc phoenix?
hcu+dc unlocker?

which one is the all one?

What do you mean you just purchased HCU? Tool itself is free to download, need more details what you've actually bought.

btw, is it after i've bought HCU+Dcphoenix timed licence for 99. i also can use dc unlocker at the sametime?

i just bought a HCU dongle from china. then after that only i saw post saying that no dongle need for it

If you purchased HCU dongle then do not need any activation, can use it on HCU and DC-phoenix tools.
