i had a same problem with JSN-L22
phone was dead while flashing with Update file.
but i fix that issue.

1: connect your phone via test point.
2: reset FRP by using any tool, and it's worked for me.

you can try the tools which you have

I think you flash android 10 file on android 9 device, this is common issue with huawei devices if you flash directly android 10 on device with android 9 device will brick - then you can only recover with testpoint method flashing
