hello
i need to convert mate 10 pro from demo to eu i use est point but i face the problem

No devices detected in force upgrade mode

all drivers are ok and i use win10 64bit

after tesst point phone detcted as
HUAWEI USB COM 1.0
but i face the same mesege

So what HCU version you are using then? This was long time ago and solution implemented in latest version, so just download it and use it.
