No response may mean that the device disconnects during the process though hard to tell just from this. Please try it on HCU and let us know. |

Member: 3031886 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I can't use "HCU software" because I use "Virtual Box" to launch windows application. It seems that HCU software doesn't work on virtual machine. I uses Ubuntu (linux). A problem of cable? An idea? Thanks. |

Member: 3031886 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | 1) Is it not possible to have details in message, and not only "no response"? In order to debug the problem... 2) When the phone is recognized, it does not mean that the port and the cable are ok? |

Member: 2023196 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,903 | It is not possible to have specific details in such cases, but the connection between the phone and software is lost that is certain. Connection is lost during service process not during detection. |
