Attempt to read the code on HCU software, your account will work on it as well https://hcu-client.com/ see if you get the same error or something different.
No response may mean that the device disconnects during the process though hard to tell just from this. Please try it on HCU and let us know.

I can't use "HCU software" because I use "Virtual Box" to launch windows application.
It seems that HCU software doesn't work on virtual machine.
I uses Ubuntu (linux).

A problem of cable?

An idea?

Thanks.

DC-unlocker won't function normally on a virtual box either, hence the error...

It has already worked on the virtual machine for another phone "Huawei Honor 5x".
Could it be from the USB cable?

We won't be able to confirm it since DC-unlocker is not made to work on a virtual machine anyway. What you can do is only try different USB ports, and different USB cables while monitoring for changes in the device manager during the process.

1) Is it not possible to have details in message, and not only "no response"? In order to debug the problem...
2) When the phone is recognized, it does not mean that the port and the cable are ok?

It is not possible to have specific details in such cases, but the connection between the phone and software is lost that is certain. Connection is lost during service process not during detection.
