Hi

How to make FRP in that phone Phoenix or HCU by TP ? Do I must downagrade to ver 8 ?

If don't want downgrade use DC Phoenix there is option unlock frp by update mode and just add firmware version that is in the device to do this without hardware TP.
By hardware TP just can do by HCU software just select xloader/fastboot(hisilicon only) mode and then connect in huawei 1.0 phone to cable and do the job.
There is option to select FRP and factory reset then tap repair button and that all.

I did it by DC Phoenix selecting "Unlock FRP by TP" and it's working.
