possible to unlock E5577

this model kill me to unlock it ....first problem i cant detect it i try with many windows ...now i have windows 8.1 every thing is ok when i log in http://192.168.8.1/html/home.html but in device manger no com port appear .... what is the correct steps to unlock this model .

i think e5577 zain provider only supported to unlock.

i follow this steps but problem is ....modem cant detected

You should check first on device dashboard if firmware version matches one that is shown in our guide, because no other version is supported for it.

yes i m sure it is the same version in guide

Then you should check basics that cause detection problems:
Make sure all drivers are installed or whatever else comes in device's drive
Make sure modems connection software/WEBUI/Dashboard is installed, but not running.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
