this is the second time in this month happened....

i m using this software only on one pc..

why it happened..?

Either you or someone else attempted to log in with your account on another pc.

If purchased from us then can reset password on dc-unlocker client, if purchased from reseller then can only he/she change password.

the history was like this...

yesterday i took huawei info with HCU client. after info i download the same file version from DC_Phoenix support.. download started and closed software..
after 3 or 4 hours file downloaded , but when i run the DC_Phoenix software it shows Software locked to other PC.

mean software locked on same day.. or i can says software lock after 4 hours... not in 48 hours...

and this is the second happened this....

it looks server bugs...
now working fine on the same pc......
