in dead condition after write bootloader won,t show fastboot screen check device manager phone show port adb sooner port then you have to flash phone with board firmware

Need to temporary unlock bootloader by these instructions: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoeni...ock-bootloader and then try to flash same firmware that phone had.
