Usb sharing not allowed ERROR in Dc Phonix

i have to repair 9008 in G7-L11, so download file
G7-L11_V100R001C00B258_Factory_firmware_West_European _Region_4.4.4_3.0.dgtks
from server but when select Upgrade: show info windows whit Usb sharing not allowed error.
drivers all in updated and version 0.35 and 0.32 are tested.
what is this error and what can i do to fix that?

Its more or less related to your dongle id/user account username which you would need to provide us to check more on it.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
