i have this phone dead it just recognized as usb.com in device manager

what is the process in hcu or dc phoenix
to revive the phone

any ideas
plz help

use testpoint to recover fone with dc phoenix

Use "load/temp unlock.." option on dc-phoenix testpoint tab and then flash full stock rom of your phone after it switches to fastboot.

You probably need nv partitions backup flashed to fix network problems. Can try use one from our support area that you can access from DC-phoenix, try using keywords as "710" that would match your cpu or "partitions" to find available files.
