i have zte modem mf667 locked with idea network, when i take info it shw-

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE modems
model - ZTE MF667

Selected Applications port COM35
Selected Diagnostics port COM34

Found modem : MF667
Model : ZTE MF667
IMEI : 864389024403711
Firmware : BD_IDEAHDNLMF667V1.0.0B01
Compile date / time : Apr 2 2014 10:35:12
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8200A
NAND Flash : HYNIX_HY27SF081G2A
SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

how i unlock this modem ?

Is there any sim inside device? There should be unsupported operator sim in it.

this is locked with idea network and when i put another sim it show invalid sim.

For unlock need to detect device with locked sim status. This can be achieved when device has unsupported operator sim in it. If still showning unknow lock status then device having malfunctions related to hardware.
