To replace the screen without any trouble follow the steps from the guide:

It's a bit weird that you separated glass from digitized and then removed digitizer from LCD but it's fine. What's strange is that price difference between the "glass" and whole assembly is not that big but K6 Note has issues with touch that stops working after you, for any reason, turn off the screen (can be proximity sensor during call, can be by power button etc) and then wake it up. Touch works again after rebooting the phone. I had at least 3 different assemblies that does that and it's related to digitizer, not the screen. It's worth to check before bonding not only if touch works fine but also if it survices a simple sleep/wake without a problem ;-)
