As far as I know it is not profitable, much better and safe to replace whole set as shown on recording.

It is especially based on the fact that the LCD will remain the original one.

Some people don't want to loose their time on glass replacement process they prefer to replace the whole set.

It is much simplier but if you have an original one display you need to replace the glass.
