screen damage Led assistance please

Ok, I'm new to screen refurbishing, and had a run of repairs without
problems, using thin plastic sheet, heat, isopropryl to remove screen &
hot plate-wire to separate glass.
Then place in mould, apply glue + glass & UV light.

Just lately I've had a run of only 50% success; the fails have resulted
in a purple blotch usually in a top corner which eventually kills the screen.
Could someone point me in the right direction as to what I must be doing
wrong.

Thanks in advance
