the current image(boot/recovery) have been destroyed and cannot boot
any solution without jitag!!!!and online flash
no idea to flash it with sd card

Your phone has already screen lock is unlocked also able to access the recovery mode, then you can try this way Recovery Mode OPPO A3s

So right now You have two option for revive your Phone.

You can Flash with professional tools / JTAG, must need the phone is disassemble.

Or

Flash via Online service.
