Anyone have a solution to hard reset this phone?

In ColorOS recovery, it asks screen lock code to erase all data

hi friend, i´m still the same problem. a72 cph2067 ssd665. pin code on lock screen and not hard reset possible

There is not solution, because firmware are encrypted and to flash this firmware you need to have server access for flash it

it cannot be hard reset by manual

this can be reset by server or jtag
