oppo cph1941 reset code
 

how can i delete password from this mobile phone, i am trying to update but i am blocked on user name and password with MsmDownloadTool how should i proceed? which id should i put? explain me a little, thanks

CPH1941 cant reset pasword

if you go into recovery and select wipe

It still asks for password

The same problem with oppo cph1941.
MRT and UMT don't work.
