No. becoz i need suggestion that is it hardware or software issue. customer didnt approve me to open mobile.

It is unfortunate. Even though its easy to open the Oppo F5 case and replace the fingerprint module on the back cover. Because it is easier to test to replace the fingerprint module than it has to be in the software.
