Hello...can you guys fix your device?...honestly nothing works...a customer brought a MacBook Pro 2011..with EFI lock after the device counted for 3days from 000 to 9999 at 12sec delay but no password found...ever since I bought the device it has come across 4 MacBook Pro but none was unlock.....and your user manual did not explain how to use the device....I tried opening and clamping the soic connector to the chip on the logic board but I kept getting so many F and 0 ...please how do I use your hdbox?...before my tool I got from macunlocks got spoilt it could unlock any Mac...yours is trying to do everything but it has not been able to do one...I need to unlock the MacBook...even the cable you guys provided with which I can connect those ports (red,yellow, blue) are peeling off.

i have a mac pro 2019 a2159 emc 3301
its on activation lock , mean any action i do on every turn on of mac it show only online mode and ask about previous icloud account already linked on mac. OSX catalina.
my question are
its supported as model?
if yes please give me help to know where i have to connect the mac with ISP or any other cable cuz i not see any port on mac to be connected

For the 2019 moudule,there should T2 chip on it. The board with T2 chip could not been unlocked yet.

Yea because they are scammers they didn’t not say it before selling it to us now after taking money you find out that the trash they sold is useless...till as I type I’ve been trying to unlock a MacBook with the device but no solution...I’ll never recommend this device to any one.....HD BOX TEAM are SCAMMERS.

1st,if you have checked on our support list ,you should have seen what moudules we could support. And also Apple added extra T2 chip recently after we had the solutions. If you have the moudules which are earlier than that . You can use the HDBox solutions still.

2nd, we are also working on the solutions for the newer moudules with T2 chip. You have to think about how much APPLE working on the security and how much they have paid for it. It is not a easy thing absolutely.

Try to work together to make the solution out. No need to be angry and speak badly just to feel better. It is helpless to the thing.

for me the hdbox is useless I bought it to unlock iphone 7 and countdown 2 days macs who have passwords but at the end of the account it gives a code error; on the other hand I used before ( CMIzapper Brutus 2 ) it finds the code 100/100 .hdbox team takes care it is necessary to prepare updates to settle this problem and also for the ipads the last iphones the box does not give the complete info; and a at the end I ask you to add another application which is used a lot to flash and dump the bins of the tv screens and monitor which one enters hdmi because there is a lot of work to do with; several programmers on the market which is used to flash from the hdmi port and well it is necessary to use the hdmi port of the hdbox; now during the period of the corona ipedimé there are no macs before 2017 only the new mac 2018-2019.

the consept of the box is very original but if you are very slow to do things and stay like that other boxes will exceed you and you will add the screens to the boxes and a lot of options. you must hear the suggestions of customers for our good and your good.
