hde tool shows only serial - GSM-Forum

hello to support team ,it a long time that my hde tool shows only serial of the phone when it is connected ,no imei no vendor ,country ...please explain why i have this? i downloaded software from telegram support ?

Hi!
About what kind of phone are you talking ? Android / Iphone? and what operating system version those phones have?

I would to confirm and get back with more information for you, but i will need those information first so i can tell you exactly what information our box can detect.

From the top of my head, i do no think we could show IMEI, but we show SN, date when was made, where it was made, UUID, SN, Model, size and color. For the newer models of phones we will to include them into the box applet to be known. If you ecounter any phones with just SN, PM us the SN & Model, and we will add them to our list.

first of all i need to download last version of hde tool.....second i tried many phones ....for example i tried to make ane lx1 to dual sim ...when i connect phone with hde software and read info it shows only serial of phone ,not imei no vendor no country .........is it normall?
