Hello Im usign HDBOX MANAGER 1.9.2 for remove account. I saved EFI file with that version check attachment. But not sucess.
Now Im trying to write SPI FULL with HDBOX MANAGER 1.9.4F and I cant to recovery initial state and MacBook Air is not turning on. Only fan are moving.
Check my last log.file please. Thanks for help-

Hi. Don't worry.
First load your dump to HD-box firmware, then clear all locks and write your clear dump, then reset SMC and NV/PRAM and turn on laptop.

Thanks, but i dont understand that options, maybe my option are different. Check my options

1. Connect HD-Box to laptop connector
2. Press Read SPI
3. SAVE ORIGINAL DIMP FILE
4. Clear Firmware lock & Clear iCloud
5. Write SPI (Full)
6. Reset SMC and NV/PRAM

Thnk u, is not working this for me. I think my file is not original dump, i modified something indeed. U know how to contact support for original file repair with SN included?
